A traditional oyster-farming village… Located south of Boyardville, Fort-Royer is a natural oyster-farming site with a mix of mudflats, dunes, oyster beds and bouchots.

This former village of oyster huts, built at the end of the 19th century, lets you discover all the secrets of oyster farming, from the traditions of yesteryear to the work of today, from breeding in the oyster beds to maturing in the oyster beds and working in the huts.
